Digital Media Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and savvy individual for the position of Digital Media Planner to join our busy Digital Media group. In this challenging position, you will work with the account service teams to develop and implement complex digital media plans.

The role of the Digital Media Planner is a broad one and will give you exposure to all functions within Media - research & strategy, negotiation, ad serving & implementation, and analysis. The types of plans and budgets you will work with will vary greatly, and you?ll gain experience with all different digital mediums (search, display, wireless, etc). The successful candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and an insatiable desire to learn and explore emerging trends.

Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic interactive media plans
* Consult with branch creative teams on campaign elements, including banners, email, rich media, search marketing, wireless and more
* Coordinate negotiations with media vendors
* Coordinate ad trafficking and manage ad trafficking resources
* Analyze campaign reports and proactively optimize campaign performance
* Maintain expert knowledge of interactive/digital media and contribute to agency education and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree with interest or emphasis in marketing, advertising, psychology or related fields
* 2 years online/digital/interactive advertising experience required
* Excellent project management skills.
* Superior Microsoft Excel capabilities.
* Experience with ad serving technologies is required (Atlas DMT, DART, Bluestreak).
* Knowledge of basic a HTML and FTP technologies, is a plus.
* Experience managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns.
* Experience with emerging advertising mediums, such as wireless, social networking, word-of-mouth, Bluetooth, etc
* Ability to manage, collect and integrate online advertising reporting data from multiple sources, to include web analytics, ad-servers, and other sources.
* Ability to work with clients at all different levels.
* Advertising trafficking experience, comprehensive knowledge of online creative specifications.
