		<description>I'd love to hear from anyone that goes through a trial with this item.  It's interesting, but I'm waiting to see where exactly it's heading from an employer standpoint and what recruiters find true value within it - outside of the obvioius.

		<description>We're conducting a 3 month test right now.  They  do need to increase their footprint IMHO.  AF appears to be good as A step/channel in pipeline building.</description>
